The Four Seasons St. Louis

So this is not a post I was planning to write but I got SOOO many questions and comments about our mini staycation at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis that I figured I’d share info here for yall! If you missed it, I surprised Michael with a night away at the Four Seasons for his 30th birthday last week. It was a big birthday and I wanted to celebrate him in an extra special way AND it was our first night away from Kennedy, so that was a big deal, too haha.

I decided on the Four Seasons because we’ve been to their amazing sky terrace restaurant before for drinks and dessert and have always thought they had the most incredible view of downtown… and THE POOL. You guys, the pool is incredible. I mean, it’s a pool, but look at this view!

We only stayed one night and enjoyed an Arch-View room, which was great. We had the most wonderful welcome from the staff with champagne upon check-in and some sweets in the room. All I did was mention we were celebrating Michael’s 30th and they went above and beyond to make it extra special, which was so thoughtful.

The following morning, I scheduled us a couples Swedish massage at their unbelievable spa and this is what I got the most questions and comments about! Let me start off by saying that we really love massages - it’s one of our favorite ways to relax and “splurge” together - and we have been very lucky to visit some nice spas. The spa at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis has to be the nicest and most beautiful spa we’ve ever been to.

From the moment we first got there, the staff welcomed us and gave us a tour of the entire spa facility, which is unreal. Once we changed into our robes and slippers, we waited in one of the gorgeous relaxation areas and then were escorted to a beautiful room where we got our massages. The massages were absolutely amazing (maybe the best we’ve ever had) and afterwards we were able to relax some more while drinking champagne and having some chocolate covered strawberries - a special birthday treat they surprised us with.

The rest of our day was spent lounging by the beautiful pool and having drinks and lunch before heading back home. It was a short getaway but SO fun and a great way to celebrate Michael’s special day. We were blown away by the hospitality and customer service of the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis and could not have been more impressed with every aspect of our stay.

I hope to be back sooner than later…
